EALA is the leading industry event and expert conference for laser applications for developers, planners and producers from the ranks of automotive OEM and subcontractors. The conference
is held annually in February in Bad Nauheim.
During this years "EALA" we presented our new, robot-guided Scanner Welding System – SWS – for complex 3D components with maximum performance. Highly dynamic, on-the-fly machining and convenient operations are just a few of the advantages of our new system.
The "RobotSyncUnit" is the central operating and control unit for the laser, robot and scanner.
At milliseconds cycle the 6-robot-axis and the 3-scanner-axis are synchronized. Non-productive welding times are minimised. The results are extremely high "Laser ON" periods and maximum efficiency of your plants.
