We develop and manufacture MIG/MAG welding cells according to your specification or as a standard cell: with 2-, 3- or 4-station rotary indexing table or positioners, as side-by-side cell with or without additional axes, with ABB, KUKA , Yaskawa or Fanuc industrial robots with Fronius, SKS or other welding power sources.

Furthermore we design, build and deliver high-quality welding systems with a wide variety of joining techniques for all industrial sectors:

 

  • Automated MIG brazing systems incl. tools
  • WIG/plasma welding systems and robot cells incl. tools
  • Resistance spot welding machines and spot welding cells
  • Projection welding machines including welding tools
  • Welding systems in combination with other joining methods such as clinching, screwing, gluing, with or without process monitoring

Fixture technology

Prototypes and serial fixtures from our company meet the quality standards of the automotive industry and are characterized by the following points:

  • All centering and mounting points can be set up in the X, Y and, if applicable, Z direction via shims
  • electrical component queries for all individual parts and position monitoring for all pneumatic cylinders
  • PokaYoke installations that prevent incorrect insertion of components
  • Profibus or Profinet interface
  • "to zero" measuring and documenting with a 3D measuring machine or "Faro measuring arm", incl. shimsplan
  • Setting up, adjusting and testing with original serial components
