And, be- cause innovations require space and time, we use our highly flexible laser centre to give our customers the opportunity to develop and optimise welding process- es and systematically push forward the production of prototypes or small batches. As well the laser centre is used to test the concepts developed in design and manufactured in production, and feeds the test results back to the specialist depart- ments. This enables a continuous development pro- cess, which after a few stages of development leads to new or improved products within short time. The subsequent quality assurance takes place in our in-house testing laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology needed to create, inspect and document the quality of welded joints. You have a project in the field of laser welding and need support in implementing it? In our laser centre, we plan and manufacture prototype fixtures for you and then work with you to develop a welding process that meets your needs. We are also happy to manufacture small batches for you on already existing fixtures using existing welding parameters, as well as actively support you through product develop- ment.
